摘要
对于含CO2的天然气、煤层气、焦炉气和沼气,通过蒸汽重整和CO2重整结合,可消耗CO2,降低生产成本和能耗,还能制备用于甲醇合成和费托合成的原料气(H2/CO=2),具有较好的经济与环保效益。本文对CO2重整甲烷制合成气催化剂及工艺反应条件研究进行了综述,并对其工业应用的经济性进行了探讨。
Carbon dioxide reforming of methane to synthesis gas can be used for the preparation ot syngas H2/CO = 1 for carbonyl synthesis and adjusting H2/CO ratio of syngas. For CO2-containing natural gas, coal bed methane, coke oven gas and biogas, the consumption of CO2 and reduction of production costs and energy can be achieved through a combination of steam reforming and CO2 reforming to H2/CO = 2 syngas for methanol synthesis and Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, which has good economic and environmental benefits. In this paper, the catalysts and reaction conditions are reviewed. The economic analysis is discussed for the industry production.
