云计算在中小企业HSE管理中的应用

Application of cloud computing in HSE management of SMEs

对于近期工厂爆炸等安全事故暴露的我国中小企业的管理问题,提出采用先进的HSE信息管理体系来预防类似事故的发生。针对中小企业自身资金、人员、技术等方面的不足,利用云计算技术强大的数据储存、数据共享和数据处理能力,建立HSE数据库,从而构建云端的HSE管理体系,解决中小企业的生产安全难题。以中小化工企业为例,设计云计算信息平台构架和在线HSE应用。

For the management problem of China＇s SMEs, which is exposed by factory explosions and other accidents recently,the advanced HSE information management system is proposed to prevent the occurrence of similar accidents. As the lack of funds, technology and other aspects in SMEs, cloud computing with its powerful ability of data storage,sharing and excavation is used to build cloud I-ISE management system to solve production safety problems of SMEs. Taking medium and small chemical companies as example, cloud platform architecture and online applications of HSE are designed.
