摘要 针对反应釜夹套多种热/冷介质温度自动控制检测硬件复杂、实现困难等问题,分析了夹套介质切换操作过程,提出了基于推断识别的夹套介质自动切换解决方案,最大程度地简化了系统硬件配置。通过记忆阀门操作推断识别夹套内当前介质,替代在线检测与分析物质成分检测系统。分析了影响压空时间的因素,关联了压空时间与压空用压缩空气压力的关系,并根据压空操作时间推断判定夹套介质压空终点,解决了传感器检测压空操作终点存在的问题。设计了基于推断识别的夹套介质自动切换控制系统,实际应用中克服了人工操作过程复杂、效率低和易出错等问题。实际应用表明,该方案介质切换的效率高、安全可靠。 Monitoring and auto-controlling the temperature of multi hot/cold medium in reactor jacket are complex and difficult to facilitate. In this study, the process of switching the medium in the reactor jacket is analyzed. The solution about auto-switching the jacket medium is put forward based on inference strategy, which makes the hardware configuration of the system greatly simplified. The inference and identification of the current medium in jacket reactor is conducted by memorizing valve operated instead of the system of on-line detection. The factors influencing the time of emptying jacket are analyzed. The relationship between the emptying time and the pressure of compressed air is studied. The emptying end is determined on the basis of the emptying time to solve the problem of detecting the emptying end of multi-medium by sensor. The control system of auto-switching jacket medium based on inference is designed, which overcomes the drawbacks such as complex process, low efficiency and error-prone of manual operation. The practical application shows that the scheme of medium-switching has the advantages of high efficiency ,safety and reliability.
