摘要
农村义务教育学校实施教师绩效工资制度,有利于改善义务教育教师工资待遇,吸引、鼓励更多各类优秀人才投身教育事业,进一步推动我国教育事业的发展,尤其对教师队伍的稳定和整体素质的提高具有深远的意义。但在绩效工资制度实施的过程中,也出现了一些引起广泛争议的问题。本文通过对当前我国农村地区义务教育教师绩效工资改革中出现的问题进行梳理,深入剖析产生争议的原因,同时对争议的问题提出针对性的改进对策。
The implementation of performance-related pay system for teachers in rural compulsory education will help to improve the wages of compulsory education teachers, attract and encourage more and various talented people to join education, and further promote the development of education in China, and especially it is of far-reaching significance for the stability and the overall quality of the teaching staff. But in the implementation of performance-related pay system, there have been some problems of widespread controversy. Based on summarizing the problems existing in the current performance-related pay reform for compulsory education teachers in China's rural areas, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the controversy, and proposes targeted countermeasures to improve it.
