摘要
农村教师老龄化问题是一个不争的事实,近些年来成为了教育均衡所探讨的重点。农村教师的老龄化的确给教育带来了负面影响,且社会评价明显带有印象固化的倾向,但农村老教师也有其得天独厚的优势,教学经验丰富、乡土情结浓厚。转变对农村老教师固化的观念,全面客观地评价农村老教师群体,发挥农村老教师的优势是提高当前农村义务教育阶段教学质量的有效途径。
The aging of rural teachers is an indisputable fact,which has become a focus of the exploration on education equilibrium in recent years. The aging of rural teachers has indeed exerted negative influence on education, and social evaluations on it obviously tend to be stereotyped, but aged rural teachers also have their advantages, such as rich teaching experience and intense countryside complex. To transform the present stereotyped concept on aged rural teachers, comprehensively and objectively evaluate them, and give play to their advantages, are effective approaches to improve the teaching quality of the current rural compulsory education.
