经管类本科人才培养质量体系研究

Architectural Study on the Training Quality of Economics and Management Undergraduates

为了适应21世纪高等教育改革和发展的需要,必须进一步解放思想、转变观念、开拓进取,努力寻求社会主义现代化建设急需的本科人才的培养之路,积极探索与市场经济体制相适应的本科人才培养模式。应在深化教学改革、探索办学特色的基础上,以就业为导向,为当前高校教育的主旋律合理"定位"。经管类本科人才培养工程肩负着为国家输送高素质创新型人才的重任,全面提高本科人才的培养质量是我们长期以来奋斗和努力的方向。立足社会需求,研究经管类本科人才培养质量体系,对本科人才培养质量的提高具有重要的推动作用,同时对促进我国本科人才培养的整体水平的提升也具有深远意义。

In order to adapt to the reform and development of higher education in the 21 stcentury, we must further emancipate the mind, change ideas, forge ahead, strive to seek a way of undergraduate talent training urgently needed by the socialist modernization construction, and actively explore an undergraduate talent training mode adapting to the market economy system. On the basis of deepening teaching reform and exploring school-running characteristics, taking employment as the guidance, we should rationally ＂position＂ the main theme of the current higher education. The cultivation of economics and management undergraduates shoulders the responsibility to provide high-quality and innovative talents for the country, so to comprehensively improve the quality of undergraduate training is a long-term direction for our struggle and effort. To study the system for the training quality of economics and management undergraduates based on social demands, plays an important role in improving the quality of undergraduate talent training, and also has profound significance to improving the overall level of undergraduate talent cultivation in China.
