Research and Exploration on the Teaching Model Cultivating Technical Talents Serving Regional Development Based on the Cooperation between Companies and Colleges: A Case Study on Nanning College for Vocational Technology

近些年来,职业教育为全国输送了大量的应用型技术人才,离不开产教结合先进模式的发展。根据广西北部湾经济区发展的新规划和南宁对高技能人才急需的背景,提出了服务区域发展的技能人才培养和教学的创新模式。

In recent years, vocational education has been transporting a large number of practical talents for the whole country,which can hardly be realized without the good cooperation between companies and colleges. Under the new plan for the development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the background that high-tech talents are urgently needed in Nanning,the writer proposes an innovative technical talent cultivation and teaching model serving regional development.
