基于教学系统设计观的民办高校学生工作体系构建

On the Construction of a Student Work System Based on the Outlook on Teaching System Design in Private Colleges

由于民办高校办学体制的特殊性,其学生工作体系建设也遇到了诸如思想政治教育目的不明确、学生工作内容泛化、学生工作评价体系不够科学等难题,而能否做好民办高校学生工作体系的构建,关系到民办高校学生的职业发展、素质培养和就业竞争力等。因此,笔者将通过分析民办高校学生工作体系构建存在的问题,提出教学系统设计思想在民办高校学生工作体系构建中的运用策略。

Due to the special nature of the school system of private colleges and universities, their student work system construction has encountered some problems, such as aimless ideological and political education, generalized student work contents, and unscientific student work evaluation system, however, the student work system construction of private colleges and universities relates to the vocational development, quality cultivation and employment competitiveness of private college students. Therefore,the writer will analyze the problems existing in the current student work system construction of private colleges and universities, and propose strategies for the application of teaching system design idea to the student work system construction of private colleges and universities.
