装甲车辆扭矩测试系统的性能标定与抗干扰设计

摘要 作为一种典型的动力机械传动系统,装甲车辆传动轴所处环境空间狭窄,温度较高,信号抗干扰性差,信号传输非常困难。在某装甲车辆的动态扭矩测试系统设计完成后,本文进行了系统性能标定,标定结果理想,精度符合要求。最后,为了提高系统稳定性和测试结果的可靠性,对系统进行了抗干扰设计。 As a typical mechanical transmission system, armored vehicle transmission shaft environment is the narrow space, the high temperature, the poor signal interference, and the signal transmission is very difficult. After completing designs of a certain armored vehicle dynamic torque test system, this paper makes the system performance calibrations, the results is ideal and the accuracy can meet the requirements. Finally, in order to improve system stability and reliability of the test results, this paper contacts anti-jamming design for the system.
