摘要
1例55岁女性患者,因肝硬化入院,给予硫普罗宁0.2 g,ivdrip保肝治疗,首次滴注20 min时出现胸闷、呼吸急促、面色苍白等症状,血压:90/60 mm Hg,心率60次/min。考虑为硫普罗宁引起的过敏性休克。立即停药并予抗过敏及对症治疗,症状好转。
A 55-year-old female patient was hospitalized due to cirrhosis. Tiopronin （0.2 g, ivdrip） was given to protect liver. About 20 min after the drug was given, the symptoms of chest tightness, shortness of breath and pale occurred, with BP 90/60 mmHg, HR 60/min. Anaphylactic shock caused by tiopronin was considered, the symptoms were improved after discontinuation of tiopronin immediately and antianaphylaxis and symptomatic treatments were given.
