摘要
目的:优选四甲丸的最佳提取工艺。方法:以干浸膏得率为考察指标,采取正交试验法考察浸泡时间、提取次数及提取时间对干浸膏得率的影响,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为浸泡30min、提取2次、每次提取3h。结论:优选的提取工艺切实可行,可作为四甲丸的提取工艺。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process for Sijia pills. Methods: Using the yield of dry extract as the index,the orthogonal design was used to investigate the effects of soaking time,times of extraction,and extraction time on the yield of dry extract and to determine the optimal extraction process. Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows: soaking was performed for 30 min; extraction was performed twice( for 3 h each time). Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is feasible and reliable,and it can be used for preparing Sijia pills.
