摘要
为改善渣油加氢催化剂生产现场环境,中国石化催化剂抚顺分公司进行了非氨溶液体系的开发来替代原来的Mo-Ni-NH3溶液体系,并且制得金属组成相同的4种催化剂。通过对4种催化剂的孔结构、晶相、金属分布、酸度以及活性的对比分析,选择Mo-Ni-P溶液体系来替代Mo-Ni-NH3溶液体系,并且应用到催化剂工业生产中,彻底实现了生产现场无氨化。
In order to improve the production environment of residue hydro-treating catalyst, Sinopec Catalyst Co.,Ltd. Fushun Division developed the non-ammonia solution system to replace the original Mo-Ni-NH3 solution system, and four catalysts with the same metal composition were prepared. Through comparative analysis of the four catalysts on pore structure, crystal phase, metal distribution, acidity and activity, the Mo-Ni-P solution system was selected to replace the Mo-Ni-NH3 solution system, and it was applied to the catalyst industrial production, thoroughly realizing the non-ammonia production.
