摘要
管道系统是海洋石油平台上的基本系统之一,主要用来输送工艺过程中的油气水,包括各种工艺管道和生活管道。为了防止管道系统因产生过大的振动而受到损伤,在管道设计中需要进行振动分析。本文根据平台管道系统振动理论,主要对平台管道受振动造成的损伤进行分析,根据平台上常用的伴生气压缩机对管道引起的振动数据进行分析原因并进行计算,提出减少和避免平台上管线产生振动有效方法和措施。
Pipeline system is one of the basic systems on offshore oil platforms; it is mainly used to transport oil, gas and water, including process pipes and life pipes. In order to prevent the piping system damage due to excessive vibration, the pipeline vibration analysis need be carried out in the design. In this paper, based on the vibration theory of the pipeline system on offshore oil platform, the piping system damage caused by the vibration was analyzed. According to data analysis of the pipeline system vibration caused by the associated gas compressor on the platform, effective methods and measures to reduce and avoid the pipe vibration were put forward.
