介绍一种新的苎麻酶法脱胶工艺,可获得品质优良的精干麻,与化学脱胶相比,纤维品质显著提高,改善了梳纺性能,成纱质量大幅度提高。
A new method of ramie retting by enzyme is introduced. The crude enzyme solution is prepared by the bacterium fermented for 18h. The raw bast is treated with the solution for 3-4h, added to a chemical retting treatment for 1-2h with a low density NAOH solution under normal pressure, and the ramie fiber with superior quality is obtained. Compared with the fiber by the pure chemical retting, the quality of fiber is improved greatly and a great progress is gotten in the properties of carding and spinning of the fiber, and the ramie yarn with good quality is obtained. ..........
