护理药理学实训课程改革的体会

Experience in teaching reform of nursing pharmacology practical training

文章阐述了护理药理学实训课程教学改革的背景,以及进行教学改革的思路和方法。改革主要是将传统教学转变为"以学生为主体、以教师为主导"的理实一体化教学模式,应用了行动导向法、任务驱动法和竞赛式教学法等主流方法并介绍了应用实例,为其他教师的教学改革提供了参考。

This paper expounds the background, ideas and methods of teaching reform of nursing pharmacology practical training. Traditional teaching is transformed into the integration of theory and practice teaching mode that take the student as the main body, take the teacher as the leading factor with the reform. Action oriented method, task-driving method and competitive teaching method are applied and some application examples are introduced in the reform. This paper provides a reference for other teachers.
