摘要
房地产项目在招标采购与物资供应方面,存在着诸多问题,包括与总包方的责权不清晰、QG房地产与供货商的招标流程和制度不够完善、施工计划与组织不合理、物资进场计划形式化。文章针对QG房地产现有采购流程中存在的主要问题,就如何合理制定采购计划、确定有效的采购方式、提出了切实可行的方案。
