摘要 文化自觉是隐含在服务商品力和销售力里面的服务发展的最终决定力量,市场的最终较量一定是服务文化的较量,在满足人民"三个出行"诉求中加大服务与文化的融合,能够从服务文化自觉上找出依据,服务与文化的融合是铁路客运兴业之基,是满足人民"三个出行"的灵魂,——只有灵魂才能给服务带来绵绵不绝的发展动力,而这灵魂正是以共同价值观为核心内容的服务文化。铁路在推进社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣的伟大实践中发挥自己的作用,为服务和社会提供更多的精神文化产品。实现和提升铁路客运满足人民"三个出行"文化价值的有效路径,主要包括增强"三个出行"思想政治工作内容的文化底蕴,提高"三个出行"客运服务工作主体的文化素养,优化站车工作的文化环境等。 Cultural consciousness is implicit in the service merchandise sales force and service development forces inside the final decision power, the market must be the final contest contest culture of service, increase integration of services to meet the people and culture, "the three travelers' demands, the able to identify from the service on the basis of cultural consciousness, the integration of services and culture is the railway passenger Societe Generale group, is to meet people, "the three travel" soul-only the soul can bring endless impetus to the service, and it is in this spirit of shared values as the core content of the service culture.
