Problems and Solutions of High-level Sports Team in Chinese Universities

通过文献资料、归纳分析等研究方法,回顾我国普通高校试办高水平运动队20多年的发展历程,在分析现状的基础上,剖析目前我国普通高校试办高水平运动队存在的问题,并提出发展对策。

Based on documents and inductive analysis, the development of high-level sports team of Chinese universities in recent 20 years is reviewed. The problems in it are illustrated with the analysis of its current situation, and the solutions are also raised here to provide a reference for the universities in training high-level sportsmen.
