摘要
依据"德、能、勤、绩"四个理论维度为基础,通过因素分析等统计学方法所建立的高校体育教师绩效考核模型共包括三个维度10项具体指标;模型克服了其他绩效考核方法所存在的主观性过强,定性指标与定量指标边界模糊等问题,可为科学考核高校体育教师绩效提供理论模型与参考依据。
Research shows that, on the basis of “moral character, ability, diligence,achievement”four theoretical dimensions, the teacher performance appraisal model through factor analysis and other statistical methods includes 10 specific indicators of three dimensions;the performance appraisal pattern overcomes the defects of other appraisal pattern that include too strong subjectivity and fuzzy boundaries between qualitative index and quantitative index, provide a theoretical model and reference for assessing the performance of teachers.
