Distribution of Chinese Medical Syndrome in Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的:通过现代文献调研,探讨功血中医证型分布情况,为建立科学、合理的功血中医证候规范体系和诊疗方案提供依据。方法:应用文献研究方法,查阅1989-2013年涉及功血分型相关的现代文献,最终纳入文献50篇,病例4787例,运用统计学软件统计文献中中医证候频率、辨证治疗病例数,得出不同证候出现的频率,建立功血中医证候数据库。结果:脾气虚、肾虚、血热、血瘀、肝肾阴虚、脾肾不足是功血常见的证型。结论:本结果提示本病中医病机分析以脏腑辨证和气血辨证为主,为本病中医证候规范体系的建立提供了依据,临床治疗方面,应注重从脾肾入手,注重虚性病机。

Objective： The purpose of this paper is to discuss distribution of Chinese medical syndrome in dysfunctional uterine bleeding（ DUB） by modern literature research,in order to provide guides and methodological references for establishing a series of scientific and rational systems for distribution of Chinese medical syndrome in DUB. Methods： The modern literatures had been consulted,and the study subjects were modern literatures involving the classification of DUB in distribution of Chinese medical syndrome from 1989 to 2013. In the end,totally 50 qualified articles were incorporated,which included 4787 cases. Then the frequency of syndrome occurrence and the number of cases were analyzed by the software in order to obtain the frequencies of different symptoms. Furthermore,syndrome denomination database was established. Results： The syndrome differentiation of DUB was mainly spleen Qi deficiency pattern,kidney deficiency pattern,blood heat pattern,blood stasis pattern,liver- kidney Yin deficiency pattern and spleen- kidney deficiency pattern. Conclusion： Syndrome distributions of anovulatory DUB are mainly visceral pattern identification and Qi- blood pattern identification,which may shed some light on the clinical epidemiological investigation and establishment of the distribution of Chinese medical syndrome of DUB in the future. Moreover,the study attempts to provide the theory for the pathogenesis and treatment of DUB,and we should pay attention to the spleen and kidney syndrome,especially to the deficiency patterns.
