摘要
苯胺化合物为芳香胺类的代表。苯胺类化合物在酸性条件下与亚硝酸盐重氮化,再与盐酸萘乙二胺偶合,生成紫红色染料,根据波长在545 nm处的吸收进行定量。通过实验研究,确定了测定苯胺的最佳反应条件,苯胺标准曲线方程为Y=0.01783x+0.00756,线性相关系数为0.9982,该方法的检出限为0.022 mg/L。重复性实验中测得相对标准偏差为5%,当加标量为5μg时,平行测定6次,回收率为97%~104%;所测得的标准样品在标准值范围内,并将所建立的方法用于环境中苯胺的测定。
Aniline compounds are representative of aromatic amines, anilines under acidic conditions with nitrite diazotize, and then coupled with the hydrochloric acid naphthyl ethylenediamine, generate purple dye, according to the absorption wavelength at 545 nm to quantify. Under the optimum conditions, aniline standard curve equation is Y=0.01 783x+0.00 756 (R2=0.9 982), with a detection limit of 0.022 mg/L. Repeatability relative standard deviation measured 5%, When spiked 5μg (n=6), recovery is 97% to 104%. The measured results with standard samples are in good agreement. The method presented good simplicity and sensitivity in the application to environment aniline samples.
