中药逆转乳腺癌耐药研究进展

肿瘤多药耐药（MDR）的产生是一个多机制联合作用的结果，包括耐药基因的异常表达、药物作用靶点下调等。MDR是肿瘤化疗失败的主要原因之一，以致MDR逆转剂的研究已成为国内外研究热点。由于化学药逆转剂毒副作用较大、靶点单一，应用受到限制，中药具有安全有效、多靶点且成本低等优势，文章就近年来中药逆转乳腺癌MDR的研究进展进行综述。
