摘要
以金红石型TiO_2为内标物,借助Maud分析软件,利用Rietveld全谱拟合方法对石景山电厂粉煤灰的物相组成进行了定量分析。分析结果表明,所分析粉煤灰中物相由非晶相、莫来石(Al_(2.4)Si_(0.6)O_(4.8)),赤铁矿(Fe_2O_3)、刚玉(Al_2O_3)和α-石英(α-SiO_2)组成,各物相的质量含量分别为:非晶相—63.2%,莫来石—29.4%,赤铁矿—1.0%,刚玉—3.8%,α-石英—2.4%。粉煤灰中非晶相与莫来石是粉煤灰的主要物相组成。
The mineralogy of Shijingshan fly ash has been evaluated in terms of quantitative analysis based on Rietveld method,which analysis is carried by using rutile TiO2 as internal standard and Maud analysis software.The results show that Shijingshan fly ash consist of amorphous phase,mullite(Al2.4Si0.6O4.8)),hematite(Fe2O3),alumina(Al2O3) and α-quartz(α-SiO2).Each of phases' weight composition(%) separately is;amorphous phase 63.2%,mullite 29.4%,hematite 1.0%,corundum 3.8%and a-quartz 2.4%.Amorphous phase and mullite are the major mineral phases in fly ash.
