摘要
本文介绍了使用三菱C语言PLC在压铸机自动压射系统速度控制器上的软硬件设计。合适的压铸速度控制对于铸件铸造质量及产量是非常必要的,然而压铸机的精确数学模型是很难获得的。由于压射控制系统由液压系统构成,又具有非线性分量,因此传统的控制方法很难对压射系统的速度曲线有非常精确的控制。在本文中采用T-S模糊控制算法对压铸机的顶锤速度进行控制,对其非线性曲线进行逼近,设计出压铸机压射系统的控制智能控制算法。通过离线模拟和在线控制测试,发现该控制算法能够很好地控制压铸机的压射动作,有较好的速度跟随性,提高了产品铸造质量。
This paper introduces the design of software and hardware in automatic casting speed controller of die casting machine based on Mitsubishi CPLC controller. Proper control of die speed is essential for producing superior quality components and yielding high production rates. However the accurate mathematic model is very hard to obtain in general. The nonlinear distribution exists in the die casting system due to which is composed of hydraulic devices, therefore traditional control scheme cannot control the speed curve of casting system accurately. In this paper, the T-S fuzzy control scheme is proposed for die casting control system, the experimental results from simulation and real testing indicate that the intelligence control can improve the speed following performance and the quality of products.
