摘要
电力资源紧张是我国不争的国情。当前全国许多地区电力事业的发展都滞后于当地经济的发展,这不仅不能满足当前我国经济快速发展的需要,也极大的扰乱了人民群众的正常生活。要逐步扭转这一局面,除了要加大能源开发力度以外,还要逐步提高供电服务的质量和供电的可靠性。传统的配电网络结构及运行管理方式等已不适应新的形势需求。配电自动化管理系统便应运而生。这一系统在不同地区有着不同的运作逻辑,本文将着重对配电自动化在县级供电企业中的应用进行探索。
The power resource scarce is a disputable fact in China. At present, the power business is lagged behind of the local economy development in many areas in our country. This situation not only can meet the demand of fast econmical development, but also disturb the people＇s normal life. This situation should＇ be turned, besides accelerating the development of power resource, the power suppling service and reliability of power suppling should be enhanced too.The traditional power distribution network and operation management already isn＇t adapt to the new condition demand.The power distribution automation management is emerged in time. This system has different operation logics in different areas. The article is going to explore the applications for power automation distribution in county power supplying enterprises.
