信息技术的发展,人们对信息需求的意愿越发强烈,而满足利用需求的资源整合迫在眉睫,高校档案资源的有效配置,也是充分发挥高校档案信息的前提,如何利用现有的公共平台——教学联合体,来整合网内各高校的档案资源,进而通过统一的发布平台,来社会提供有效的利用成为当务之急。

With the development of information technology, People＇s demand for information becomes more urgent increasingly, while meeting the need of using resource reallocation is imperative. The effective allocation of archive resources in colleges and universities is also the premise to make full use of archive information of colleges and universities. How to use the existing public platform -- teaching alliance, to reallocate the archive resources within the network of the colleges and universities and then provide an effective usage for the society should be put the first.
