改善玻纤增强阻燃PBT复合材料翘曲的研究 被引量:7

摘要 对加入不同添加量的几种无机填料(滑石粉、云母、硅灰石、玻璃微珠、蒙脱土、高岭土)的玻纤增强阻燃PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)复合材料进行了力学性能测试和翘曲观察,比较与分析了这几种无机填料改善复合材料翘曲的效果,并指出,在选择填料及设计配方时,应从体系的整体性能考虑,在其翘曲性能和力学性能间,找到一个平衡点。 The mechanic property of flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) composites reinforced by glass fiber(GF) which added different quantities inorganic stuffs ( talc, mica, wollastuonite, glass microsphere, montmorillonite, kaoline) were tested and the warp of these ones were observed, the effects of these stuffs on the improvement on warp of composite were compared and analyed. And pointed out that in the stuff selection and formula design, should considered the properties of these syserms on the whole, and found bal- ance point between the mechanic property and warp.
