摘要
建立了4种柠檬酸酯增塑剂的快速鉴定及检测方法.红外光谱鉴定塑料制品中是否含有增塑剂,快速无损,可用于初步筛选.4种柠檬酸酯的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法的线性相关系数r>0.997,回收率为92.7% ~ 102.3%,方法相对标准偏差RSD 3.2% ~7.3%,准确度高,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于食品包装材料中柠檬酸酯增塑剂的测定.
Four Fast identification and detection methods of objective citrate esters were established. The method of ingas-red spectrum (IR) identification is quick and nondestructive, can be used for preliminary screening. The correlation coefficients (r) of gas-chromatography combined with mass spectrometry(GC-MS) the 4 kinds of plasticizer are no less than 0. 997, recovery ratios are 92.7% - 102. 3%, the relative standard deviations(RSD) of this method are 3.2% -7.3%. The method is sensitive,high precision and good repro- ducibility, and is suitable for monitoring four citrate plasticizers in plastics food package.
