摘要
以2-溴噻吩为起始物料,先格氏反应,再和N-对甲苯磺酰基环丙啶缩合生成N-对甲苯磺酰基-2-噻吩乙胺,再脱保护基得到2-噻吩乙胺,此方法操作简单、物料成本低、适合工业化生产。
Taking 2-bromothiophene as starting material, first the Grignard reaction, and then reaction with N- tosyl aziridines to get N-tosyl-2-thiophene ethylamine, then deprotection get 2-thiophene ethylamine, this method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, suitable for industrialized.
