摘要
以氧化钙为改性材料对粉煤灰进行火法改性,并将其应用到含磷废水的处理中,研究了改性粉煤灰在不同的改性条件对含磷废水的处理效果。结果表明,粉煤灰与氧化钙质量比为1∶1,焙烧温度为950℃,焙烧时间为4 h时所得的改性粉煤灰对含磷废水有较好的处理效果,磷去除率可达92%。改性前后粉煤灰的SEM结果表明,改性后的粉煤灰颗粒变得粗糙多孔,具有较大的比表面积,因此具有较好的吸附性。
Calcium oxide modified to fire modification of fly ash and its application to treatment of wastewater containing phosphorus, study on modified fly ash in different modification conditions to phosphorus-containing wastewater treatment effect. Results show that the quality of fly ash and calcium oxide ratio of 1∶1,the roasting temperature of 950 ℃, baking time is derived from 4 h of phosphorus-containing wastewater by modified fly ash with good effect, phosphorus removal rate of up to 92 %. SEM of modified fly ash before and after results showed that, after modification of fly ash particles become rough and porous, with a larger surface area, so have good adsorption properties.
