从Ⅰ蒽油中连续提取粗蒽的工艺研究

摘要 文章针对传统的粗蒽制取工艺中制取粗蒽质量不稳定,结晶机设备多,效率低下,生产周期长等问题,提出了从Ⅰ蒽油中连续提取粗蒽的新工艺路线,简化了生产设备和工艺路线,通过严格控制Ⅰ蒽油原料质量、降温结晶条件和离心操作等真正实现了粗蒽的连续化生产,缩短了生产周期,提高了粗蒽的产率和蒽含量,同时降低了粗蒽中的油含量和水含量,保证了产品达到一级品95%以上。 In the light of the crude anthracene from traditional craft into crude anthracene quality is not stable, the crystallization machine equipment more inefficient, long production period and other issues, put forward from Ⅰ anthracene oil continuous extraction of crude anthracene in the new process route, simplifies the production equipment and process route, through strict control of Ⅰ anthracene oil raw material quality, cooling crystallization condition and centrifugal operation truly realizes the continuous production of crude anthracene, shorten the production cycle, improved the yield of crude anthracene and anthracene content,and reduce the oil content and water content of crude anthracene, to ensure the product meets one of more than 95 %.
