摘要
文章分析废酸与飞灰综合利用的可行性。对比了飞灰综合处置强酸与弱酸效果,分析了飞灰稳定化对渗滤液重金属析出的影响,研究表明:飞灰处置强酸其重金属稳定率高达99%,而处置弱酸则稳定效果下降。当酸灰比达到最佳比例且含水率达到最佳状态(含水率28%~35%)时,渗滤液重金属析出含量远低于飞灰与废酸原样,渗滤液部分重金属含量可达到废水排放标准。焚烧飞灰可处置高浓度含铜、镍、铁、锌等强酸,对于低浓度的铅、铜、镍、铁、锌弱酸,则需加入适量稳定药剂进行稳定化才能达到预期效果。
The feasibility of comprehensive utilization of waste acid and fly ash was investigated. The effect of disposing fly ash with strong acid and weak acid was compared. And the influence of fly ash stabilization on heavy metals leaching was analyzed. The research revealed that the stabilization coefficient of heavy metal in the experiment of strong acid and fly ash can reach 99 %, when it was lower in the experiment of weak acid and fly ash. When the ratio of acid and fly ash as well as the moisture content reaches optimum condition, the leachate of heavy metals is far below the origin sample of waste acid and fly ash. The content of some heavy metal elements can meet the wastewater discharge standard. Fly ash can be used in strong acid disposal, which content high concentration of copper, nickel,iron and zinc. Appropriate dose of stabilizer was needed to get expected effect when disposing the weak acid with low concentration of leader, copper, nickel, iron and zinc.
