摘要
基于无垫片焊接密封反向法兰的强度计算,在相同的设计条件下,对圆形空腔式、焊环式和卵形空腔式反向法兰的受力情况进行分析。研究结果表明:综合考虑三种密封元件的结构、焊接、密封和适用范围,圆形空腔式密封元件的性能最优;在设计密封元件时,应尽可能的增大受内压部分的最大内直径(DL),以提高法兰强度。
Based on the strength calculation of reversing flange for seal welding without gasket, the stress feature of reversing flange with welded gasket for circular cavity type, oval cavity type and welding ring type has been analyzed at the same design condition. Three typical welded gaskets have been compared from structure, welding, sealing and application. The results show that welded gasket for circular cavity type gives the best performance. When welded gasket is designed,the strength of reversing flange can be improved by increasing the diameter DL of welded gasket.
