摘要
根据GB/T 7475-1987中火焰原子吸收法测定水中溶解锌的方法,建立不确定度的数学模型,找出可能引入不确定度的分量,对每一个分量进行了详细的分析和计算,得出扩展不确定度。通过不确定度的计算分析得知绘制标准曲线引入的不确定度分量、样品测量重复性引入的不确定度分量和分析仪器的相对不确定度分量为主要影响测量结果,因此,提高方法的灵敏度、准确度等关键步骤是提高数据可靠性的主要途径,同时也是降低实验室风险的一种最好方法。
According to in flame atomic absorption method was developed for the determination of total Zinc in water of GB/T 7475-1987 and the established mathematical model of uncertainty, to find out the possibility of introducing uncertainty components, each component is analyzed and calculated in detail, calculate the expanded uncertainty. Through calculation and analysis of uncertainty that drawing standard curve to introduce uncertainty components, sample measurement repeatability introduced the uncertainty components of dissolution process and introduced the uncertainty components as the main affect the measurement result,therefore, the main way to enhance the reliability of the data is to improve the method of sensitivity, accuracy and reducing the loss of the digestion process and all that the key step. At the same time, it is the best methods to reduce the risk of laboratory.
