摘要 航空发动机作为飞机的心脏,为飞机飞行提供动力。由于发动机的零部件长期工作于高温、高负荷的条件下,容易发生磨损故障,严重影响发动机的安全工作,因此对航空发动机的磨损进行检测十分必要。文章分析了航空发动机的磨损及其机理,阐述了航空发动机的润滑系统的构成与工作原理,简要总结了滑油中金属含量超标的原因,介绍了几种基于滑油分析的磨损监测方法。 Aero-engine as the heart of aircraft supply thrust for it. The operating components of aero-engine are working in high load, high speed and high temperature chronically, lead to operating parts are easy to cause failure due to abrasion or fatigue, which have enormous impact on engine safety work. So it is necessary to monitor wear pattern of aero engine components. In this paper, the abrasion breakdown and its mechanism, the aero-engine lubrication system and the reason that the metal element concentration exceeds the standard were depicted. Then many aero-engine wear monitoring technologies were introduced.
