摘要
本研究提出了一种化学镀铜废液的综合利用和处理工艺,采用硫化钠沉铜、酸化回收EDTA、两次紫外光催化去除残余COD的方法。结果表明,降低p H至酸性,能够回收部分EDTA,使COD降低了35%以上。采用两次紫外光催化,能够去除残余溶液96.4%以上的COD。具有较好的环境效益和经济效益。
A comprehensive utilization and disposing technology for chemical copper plating liquid waste is presented in the article. The process includes precipitating copper by sodium sulfate, acidizing to recover the EDTA, twice ultraviolet light catalysis to remove residual COD. The results show that lowering the p H value to acidic may recycle part of EDTA, COD was reduced by 35 % or more. Twice ultraviolet light catalysis can remove more than 96.4 % of the COD from the residual solution. The technology has good environmental and economic benefits.
