摘要
在流量测量过程中的随机效应及系统效应均会导致测量不确定度,数据处理中的修约也会导致不确定度。测量不确定度通常由测量过程的数学模型和不确定度的传播律来评定。文章对天然气流量测量过程中复杂因素对测量精度的影响分析,建立了两类流量测量标准不确定度的评定数学模型,探索了天然气大流量测量不确定度评定方法。通过对涡轮流量计实例验证,研究表明能使用该评定计算方法分析天然气大流量测量过程中的不确定度。可为提高天然气的现场测量准确度以便及时采取合理措施提供有力指导,也对天然气流量标定站建设和应用具有重要的意义。
Random, systematic effects and data processing will cause uncertainty in flow measurement. Measurement uncertainty is usually assessed by the mathematical model of the measurement process and law of uncertainty propagation. The thesis analyzed complex factors influence on the natural gas flow measurement accuracy, built two mathematical models for assessing the uncertainty of flow measurement and explored the assessment methods of natural gas flow measurement uncertainty. The example of turbine flowmeter shows that the assessment method can be used to calculate the uncertainty of natural gas flow measurement. The thesis provides effective guidance for reasonable measures to improve the measurement accuracy of natural gas flow. It also has important implications for construction and applications of natural gas flow calibration station.
