摘要
为了促进黄河上游水沙问题的系统解决,从流域系统的角度,结合水沙灾害防治和水资源管理的实际需求,认为黄河上游水沙关键过程与调控是保障黄河上游防洪安全、用水安全和黄河长治久安的重要基础科学问题,具体包括:1风-水-重力侵蚀产沙的耦合过程;2沙漠宽谷河道冲淤过程及河床演变机理;3水库群联动调控水沙的理论与方法。研究重点包括:1沙源解析方法与黄河上游泥沙来源;2风-水-重力侵蚀产沙机理与输移过程;3沙漠宽谷河道洪-床-岸作用机理与冲淤效应;4黄河上游水库群调节与河道水沙过程的响应;5黄河上游水沙关键过程调控理论与方法。
The study of water- sediment processes and regulation approaches in the upper Yellow River are scientific needs for preventing the flood,combating water- sediment disasters,and water resources management in this area. The key scientific themes are coupling process among wind- water- gravity erosions,scouring and silting process and evolution mechanism in wide river corridor in deserts,theory and approach for regulating simultaneously reservoir group. Recent research interests are as follows: a) Approaches to retrieve sediment sources in the upper reaches of the Yellow River; b) Wind- water- gravity erosions and sediment transport; c) Interaction among flood,river bed and bank of wide river corridor in deserts,and the effects on scouring and silting; d) Regulation of reservoir group and response of water- sediment process in the river corridor for it; and e) Theory and approach for regulating key water- sediment processes in the upper Yellow River
