摘要 为有效应对长江水源的突发性水污染事故,为常州市构建双水源供水体系提供支撑,从应急水源内涵出发,经水源比选确定了德胜河为常州市区应急水源地。基于现有应急供水的相关规定,经预测分析确定了该应急水源的应急供水时间为7 d,应急供水规模为30.0万m3/d;提出了应急水源论证的方案,采用太湖流域数字模型进行了水量水质联合模拟。研究表明:德胜河作为应急水源在水量上是有保障的,但是取水处Ⅲ类水质维持时间仅有3 d,无法达到设计的7d应急供水时间,需增加深度处理工艺才能满足出厂水质达标的要求。 This paper analyzed the connotation of emergency reserved water source and determined Desheng River as emergency water source for Changzhou City by the method of comparison and selection,in order to respond effectively to sudden water pollution accident of the Yangtze River and provided a support to construct double water source system. Based on the relevant provisions of existing emergency water supply,emergency time of 7 days and water supply scale of 30 million cubic meter per day was predicted and determined. The paper put forward the demonstration plans and simulated the water quantity and quality by the digital model of Taihu Lake basin. The simulation results show that the amounts of Desheng River can meet the design requirements,but the quality in water intake is only 3 days belongs to the class Ⅲ water quality standard. Therefore,it is necessary to increase advanced treatment process in water plants for emergency water supply.
