摘要
手术室护士因为工作性质原因经常面临各种职业暴露因素如:生物、物理、化学、环境以及生理心理危险因素,正确认识职业危害并加以认真防护将改善手术室护士的工作环境,稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量。
Nurses in the operating room often encounter many occupational Exposure factors, including biological, physical, chemical, envi- ronmental, physiological and psychological ones. Correct views of occupational hazards and careful protections will be of great help to improving the nurses＇working conditions in the operating room , stabilizing nursing staff and to raising nursing quality.
