经编多梳蕾丝织物水洗尺寸稳定性影响因素探讨

Analasis on the Dimensional Stabilization of Multi-bar Raschel Lace

根据经编多梳蕾丝织物的特点确定其影响水洗尺寸稳定性的因素,选取洗涤程序、晾晒方式、花纹面积、纤维含量这4个因素的变量进行比较,采用L9(34)正交方法进行实验,并进行相应的补充实验。结果表明这些因子对经编多梳蕾丝织物水洗尺寸稳定性影响力依次为纤维含量、水洗程序、花纹面积、晾干方式。选用适合的花型,降低亲水性纤维含量、提高氨纶含量、采用5A/A的洗涤晾晒方式都有利于经编多梳蕾丝织物的水洗尺寸稳定性。

According to the characteristics of the Multi-bar raschel lace to determine the factors that affect the dimensional stability, washing process, drying methods, pattern area, fiber content .Compares the variables of the four factors we test through the L9 （34） orthogonal analysis and the corresponding supplementary experiments. Results show that these factors how to comb to warp knitting lace fabric dimensional stability influence of fiber content, the washing procedure, pattern area, way to dry. Select the suitable pattern, reduce the hydrophilic fiber content, improve the content of spandex, 5A/A washing drying method comb more conducive to the Multi-bar raschel lace dimensional stability.
