摘要
通过2种不同的提取方法,优化管花肉苁蓉总黄酮的提取工艺。采用单因素和正交试验,研究影响管花肉苁蓉总黄酮提取率的因素,确定管花肉苁蓉总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,超声波辅助法提取管花肉苁蓉总黄酮的提取率较高,该研究为管花肉苁蓉的资源保护和可持续开发利用提供理论依据与技术支持。
Through two different extraction methods, optimizing the extraction process tube flower total flavonoids. By single factor test and orthogonal test method, to study the effects of total flavonoids factors on Cistanche, determine the total flavonoids Cistanche optimum extraction conditions. The results show that ultrasonic assisted extraction of total flavonoids Cistanche conditions have higher rates, the study of Cistanche conservation and sustainable exploitation of resources to provide the theoretical basis and technical support.
