摘要
介绍我国银耳现行标准,对不同标准的质量、重金属限量、农药残留及二氧化硫残留规定进行比较,并对相应的研究现状进行分析,为我国银耳的品质控制提供参考。
The current Tremella fucitormis standards in our state are introduced. The codes of quality, limits of heavy metals, pesticide residues and sulfur dioxide residue in different standards are compared, and the corresponding research are analyzed, which is aims at providing reference for the quality control of Tremella fucitormis.
