摘要
服务学习是将社会服务和知识学习相结合的一种尝试,通过社会服务与课程学习的结合促进学生知识、技能的获得及能力的提高,并使其在关注社会和关心他人的过程中成长为一个富有社会责任感并有能力服务于社会的人。将服务学习的理念引入专业课程,以食品类专业的食品营养与卫生课程为例,让学生将课程所学的专业技能用于服务社区。
Service-learning attempts to combined social services with knowledge learning. Through service-learning, the students not only obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities, but also grow up to be persons who are full of social responsibility and have the ability to serve the society during attention to social and care for others. This article introduces the service-learning concept into a specialized course-food nutrition and hygiene in order to let students use of professional skills to serve the community.
