摘要
针对混凝土单梁复合加固尚无变形计算有效方法的实际情况,从试验及理论计算两个方面探讨混凝土单梁复合加固的变形规律。根据混凝土单梁复合加固后的实际情况,按原梁受拉钢筋和加固碳纤维的合力作用点到梁顶的距离对其截面有效高度进行修正,按原梁受拉钢筋和加固碳纤维各自承担拉力的权重确定加固后受拉钢筋的综合弹性模量,将受压区粘贴的钢板换算成增加的梁宽度,对配筋率计算方法作了调整。计算结果与实际试验测量数据吻合较好,本文计算方法可为同类工程加固提供参考。
The deformation law of concrete single-beam is discussed through the experiment and theory calculation because there is no effective method for the deformation calculating. Based on the test results on the strengthened beam,the effective height is modified from joint force point to the beam top. Comprehensive elastic modulus is derived by combining the tension force of steel bar and reinforced carbon fiber,the steel plate in compressive zone is converted to the increased width of the beam,and the calculation method of reinforcement ratio is adjusted finally. The calculation results match the test data well,and it can provide reference for similar engineerings.
