提高高校动画应用型人才建设的实践教学

The Theory of Practical Teaching for Animations Applied Talents Construction in Colleges

文章在分析了高校动画人才培养与企业人才需求差异性的基础上论述了提高高校动画应用型人才建设实践性教学的策略,认为应该从加强校企合作、引导学生进行独立的动画短片创作、带领学生参与项目制作、鼓励学生多与国外高校之间举行学术性交流等四个方面来提高高校动画应用型人才建设的实践性教学。

Based on the analysis to the animation talent training and enterprise talent demand is discussed on the basis of the difference of the animation applied talents in colleges and universities for the construction of practical teaching strategy,think should be from enhancing university-enterprise cooperation,guides the student to conduct an independent animation short film creation,lead the students to participate in the project,encourage students for academic exchanges with foreign universities and so on four aspects to improve the practical teaching of the construction of the animation applied talents in colleges and universities.
