摘要
教师是人类精神文明的传播者,是人类灵魂的工程师,具备良好的师德应是教师最基本的条件。孔子作为中国历史上第一位伟大的教育家,他将毕生的精力贡献给了教育事业,他所提出的"诲人不倦"、"有教无类"、"为人师表"等师德思想至今对教师的师德建设有着积极作用。
The teacher is the propagator of human civilization and the engineer of human soul.Good professional ethics should be the fundamental condition of being aqualified teacher.Having been the first great educator in the Chinese history,Confucius devoted all his life to education career.He had put forward such ideas of teacher＇s ethics as″be tireless in teaching others″,″make no social distinctions in teaching″,″be a model of virtue for others″,which has played a positive role in teacher＇s professional ethics construction so far.
