Study on “Comprehensive Educating Model Matrix″ for Educating Innovative Talents in Engineering Field

建设创新型国家必须有一系列创新型工程科技人才的培养优化模式,"教育教学一体化培养模式"主要体现以"卓越工程师培养计划"为指导,借鉴国际先进的CDIO工程教育理念,实施以专业建设为主线、全面推进教育教学一体化改革的特点;促进学生全面发展,最终实现学生成为学习的主人、实践的主人、创新的主人,服务于我国创新型国家发展战略。

To build an innovation-oriented country must have a series of innovative engineering science and technology talent cultivation optimization model. This model contains both training and education focusing on environment analysis, goal identification, proactive learning, education reform, and creative and innovative abilities. Guided by CDIO, this model has adopted prevailing CDIO concepts in the world in academic construction and promotes the reform of ＂comprehensive educating model＂ in order to help students to pro-act in learning,in classroom, in placement, and in innovation. Eventually, these prospective talents are anticipated to dedicate themselves to the nation＇s innovative development strategy.
