摘要
科学质量观是研究生组织管理机制建设的前提要素,研究生组织管理需要在正确的科学质量观的指导下更好地开展工作。非科学质量观可能导致组织管理机制失常,而今研究生组织管理制度多停留于文本却无具体操作创造性,在干部任命上以"情"为本,缺乏民主科学性,过分强调加入研究生组织的功利性和组织管理信息化,有效联通机制缺失。对此应采取针对性措施,促使研究生组织管理树立正确的科学质量观和科学质量保障体系,保障研究生组织管理高效进行。
The view of scientific quality is the precondition of construction of management mechanism for postgraduate organizations,and the management of postgraduate organizations needs the guidance of the correct view of scientific quality for working well.Nonscientific views of quality will cause the disorder of organization and management system,and the present organization and management system in postgraduate focuses mostly on the text,lacking of concrete creative operation.As for leaders' appointment,it mainly depends on human feelings rather than democracy and science,putting much emphasis on the utility of taking part in postgraduate student organizations and lacking of effective mechanism of connection in informationalization of organization and management.Therefore,it requires solutions to make the postgraduate student organizations set up the correct scientific quality indemnificatory system,ensure postgraduate student organizations to work efficiently.
