摘要
针对汽车后桥焊接生产现状进行研究,提出了一种低成本的后桥自动焊接专机。以S7-200PLC为核心设计汽车后桥壳焊接专机控制系统,利用昆仑通态触摸屏设计人机交互界面,通过变频器实现对专机伺服电机的精准控制,该专机系统性能稳定、操作简便,具有较高的自动化程度。焊接产品焊缝均匀、过渡平滑,质量符合后桥壳设计工艺要求,可在小批量车型的设计生产中推广使用。
According to the present research situation of welding production of automobile rear axle , it designs a low cost automatic welding machine of the automobile rear bridge .It choses S7-200 PLC as the core of the con-trol system with KunLun Tongtai touch screen , develops human machine interface for the precise control of the servo motor .This special welding machine for automobile rear bridge has the advantages of high stability , excel-lent operability and high degree of automation .The weld seam is uniform , smooth and meets the requirements of the rear axle housing design process .This low cost automatic welding machine can be widely used in the produce of small batch vehicles .
